例示したページを作ったのが誰で、個々の付箋をつけたのが誰かを特定する手段はありません。WWW の世界は「技術的にこのようなことが可能」というよりも、根源的にこのような技術を以って今日までの発展を遂げてきたのだということを改めて思いしらされます。
同サービスのFAQにはこんな設問がありました。

Fleck.com があっても無くても、Webどころか現実の社会においても「人の口に戸は立てられないもの」です。どうしても我慢できないのなら Fleck.com からのアクセスを拒否すればいいだけなので、Web の方が始末がいいとも云えます。
尚、Fleck.com の方でページのキャッシュを保持しているわけではなく、アクセスがあるたびにFleck.com 経由でページを取得するとともに、付箋部分の層を重ねて表示しているそうです。

This interesting web service was intoroduced by the NEW YEAR entry in "Hyakushiki".
I made a page for example. (There are slips wrote sentence that I made fun of.) Unfortunately, there are a few people who hates to be linked without prior communication, especially in Japan. If they look such a page, they may be suprised and at a loss.
